Hawzah News Agency- Dr. Shawqi Al-Mousawi, Deputy Head of the department, stated: “The carpet unit staff at the Al-Kafeel Museum visited specialized artistic workshops for handmade carpet production in Tehran, where they observed the practical expertise of professionals in hand weaving, as well as the methods, tools, and materials used in traditional carpet making''.
He added: “The visit also included a field tour of wool yarn production laboratories and a review of specialized dyeing processes. In addition, the delegation toured exhibition halls showcasing handcrafted products that embody a rich artisanal heritage and demonstrate a high level of artistic precision in this field''.
